Rules
Change of accommodation:
Depending on the available camping spots, when changing from guest room to camping, the difference is only halved.
Rebooking of the stay: Depending on availability, administration costs of €15 will be charged on site.
Change of participants: Administration costs of €15 will be charged on site.
Shortening of stay:
a) In case of early departure or late arrival, no amount will be refunded to the guest.
b) In case of unforeseen events causing the camp to close, the guest will not be refunded for the remaining unused vacation days, but the unused days will be credited and must be enjoyed within 3 months (rebooking of credited days is required).
Fishing permit:
On site, the fishing permit is issued in the name and on behalf of the guest. The camp accepts no responsibility for incorrect information in the license. For minors, the signature of both parents is required.
Responsibility:
The camp and/or Angling Escapes accept no responsibility for the boats and fishing processes. Upon arrival, participants are required to inform themselves on site about the individual obligations when using the boats, such as wearing a life jacket and complying with navigation rules.
Complaints:
Any communication regarding complaints or similar must be made in writing at the time they occur, otherwise by registered mail within 10 days after the end of the stay if non-compliance was established at a later date.
The use of all rental boats and camping facilities is entirely at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children!
Legal provisions:
Italian law applies (place where the services are provided).
The boats are in principle insured against liability and fully comprehensive insurance. With a fully comprehensive insurance policy with a deductible of € 400.00, the participant is also informed that the boats are also insured for damage caused by collision and impact if damage is caused to third parties.
However, there is no insurance for minor damage to the boats that the participant causes himself and must therefore bear himself, for example to the rod holder. Nor is there any insurance in the event that the participant causes damage to other people as a result of his possible misconduct, also Angling Escapes and the owner of the location are not liable in this case.
