Catfish, zander, carp and more
With a large stock of catfish, surpassing all other stocks, the Po is the ideal river for catfish fishing. Especially the time after the catfish spawning season, in May, is very good for chasing the big fish. Several catfish in one day are possible here. In this part of the Po it is possible to catch large catfish all year round. The catfish are caught and released back into the wild.

In addition to the catfish, the pikeperch with capital weights can also be found in the Po Delta and the carp stock is also very good! In the Po Delta, local fishermen focus almost exclusively on mullet or, with baited pits, smaller non-predatory fish. Catfish and zander are hardly caught by the local population.

Tackle shop
In our campsite’s own tackle shop for fishing equipment and accessories you can get everything you need to catch a catfish! You can also rent equipment in the shop. You can borrow a fully assembled fishing rod from us. In addition to the rod, you will receive a fully equipped spare parts case, for which only used accessories will be charged.

For example, you can get a fishing rod without mounting from € 35.00 per week.
Boat engine fuel and bait are always available separately.

Swimming pool
For an extra piece of luxury. You can now also enjoy a beautiful swimming pool. Our on-site pool provides a refreshing cool-down in warm weather!

The accommodation types
Depending on the wishes of our guests, we offer different types of accommodation in our camp. There should be something for everyone. All accommodations are equipped with sanitary facilities (shower/toilet) and the windows are protected with insect screens against insects.

1 Bungalows
The spacious bungalows can accommodate up to 4 people and are equipped with a shower, toilet and air conditioning. The terrace invites you to relax after fishing.

3 The residential units
The living units can accommodate up to 2 people and are equipped with a shower, toilet and air conditioning unit. You can comfortably end the day on the small terrace.

Tuna (Adriatic)
In the months of August, September and October you can hunt for tuna! (Catch and Release)

In recent years, the tuna stock in the Adriatic has recovered very well. We can now also offer our guests the opportunity to go tuna fishing in the Adriatic. The battle with one of the strongest fish in the sea will challenge fishermen and boaters to the very end. The fight with one of these giants often lasts 6 to 7 hours and the fisherman is not always the winner.

With our seaworthy boat we bring you to the fishing area. In order to provide our guests with the best possible care, the tours are carried out with a maximum of four people.

Since we depend on good weather for the tours, the tours can only be booked on site at short notice.

Guides
Expert fishing guides will explain and guide you through the 6-hour trip! The guides of the catfish camp will take you to the best fishing spots and teach you the practice and theory of catfish fishing. This allows you to concentrate purely on fishing. Even at high tide there are still spots and quiet tributaries, making fishing possible at every water level.

Guiding boat
Andreas Gutscher Jr. grew up in a camp in Italy and has been involved in the scene since childhood. As a boy, he and his father caught his first two meters of fish. What is new territory for some fishermen has been daily practice for Andreas since his youth. When not at school, he supports his father at the camp and goes fishing with regulars. One of his passions is also carp fishing and catfish with the spinning rod.

Fishing license
Fishing licenses are not included in the price. Price Eur 55.00 per week to be paid on location. Fuel and bait will be charged extra! We cannot be held liable for any price changes by the municipality or province.
