Rules

You must report to the administrator at the times listed below.
If you are unable to attend, please contact the manager by telephone.
Arrival: 1:00 PM
Departure 12:00 PM

On location, you are required to use the landing net, unhooking mat, and weighing sling. Upon arrival, there is a large container where you must disinfect your landing net.
Bait boats are allowed, and rubber boats with electric motors are mandatory, use at your own risk. Always wear a life jacket. Boats are available for rent on location.
Buoys and markers/H-markers are prohibited.
The use of fixed lead systems is prohibited.
Particle baiting is allowed, prepared by a company in sealed packaging.
Minors are not allowed to fish without adult supervision.
We kindly request you to inform us of any special catches.
Changing fishing spots is possible, provided there is sufficient space and in consultation with the manager.
Caught fish must be released immediately, NO KILL. It is strictly forbidden to possess, consume, or transport fish. Violation will lead to immediate removal from the property and legal action will be taken.
No more than 5 KG of bait per day per rod is allowed.
Only one single hook per line is allowed per rod, therefore treble hooks or similar are strictly forbidden!
The use of an unhooking mat and weighing sling is mandatory, wet them before use!
You may use braided line in combination with a shock leader 2x the rod length. Note: If you are observed 'striking' the rod, you will have to leave the premises.
The use of keepnets/retention sacks is prohibited.
Fishing is only allowed from your own spot. Be considerate of other anglers.
Always stay within 10 meters of your rods.
It is not allowed to fish with more than 3 rods per person.
Use of a rubber boat is mandatory. Life jacket is required.
Persons causing damage are personally liable.
After using the toilet, you are kindly but urgently requested to leave it clean.
Public urination is strictly forbidden, use the toilet. There is a dry toilet available. It's advisable to bring your own facilities as some spots are quite far from the toilet.
Swimming is allowed as long as you don't disturb other anglers.
Pets are allowed in consultation. Please be aware that sheep may be present or the owner's dog.
If you have issues with overhanging branches, you may remove them in consultation with the owner.
During wet conditions (after rainfall), drive on the grass instead of the tracks.
The gates must be kept closed at all times to prevent sheep or the dog from escaping.
Cars and bivvies must not block the road.
Upon arrival, you must report to the manager.
Waste will be disposed of for you. It must be delivered to the collection point in properly sealed bags.

On all the venues that Angling Escapes mediates you are required to take first aid/Carp Care with you and treat the carp with this.
The owner and Angling Escapes can not be held responisble for damage, loss and/ or theft of goods or accidents and/or injuries.
If you do not observe the owner his rules he may ask you to leave the premises. Angling Escapes will not be responsible for the withdrawal of your booking by the owner and will not refund your payment or deposit.
Angling Escapes reserves the right to, after violation of the rules, to refuse further business with the offender.
Importantly, make sure your travel and cancellation insurrance policy applies.

2. General Regulations

You cannot drive completely around the lake with your car.
No bivvies are allowed in the private area. And you may not walk around the water through the private area. This ensures the owner's privacy.
You MAY cast your lines towards the private area.
Note that during rainy periods, the road is less accessible. We advise checking the possibilities on foot first.
Park your car in the designated parking area; in consultation, it may be parked at your spot. Please note that De Ganzenkuil is rough terrain. A gravel road has been constructed, however, you are responsible for any damage to your car.
We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM, so music and noise, etc. are prohibited during these hours and you may not leave the premises during these times.
Barbecues are allowed provided they are on legs.

On all waters that Angling Escapes mediates, you are required to bring First Aid and treat the carp with it.
In cases not covered by these regulations, the manager, owner and/or Angling Escapes decides.

Neither the owner, the manager, nor Angling Escapes is liable for loss and/or theft of goods or accidents and/or personal injury. Both the manager/owners of the water and Angling Escapes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.

Important, ensure that you have taken out travel and cancellation insurance.
If the above rules are not respected, the owner may at any time force you to leave the premises without any refund of the travel sum.
