L’Anodonte is an elongated fishing water with a simple wooden chalet at one end. At the other end, there’s a second swim for setting up a bivvy. The venue also has a shower and toilet facilities. Although the water is only 1 hectare, its length makes it perfectly suitable for 2 to 4 anglers. You’ll have exclusive use of the water

Etang de L’Anodonte is home to over 200 carp with an average weight of around 13 kilos. There are common carp, mirror carp, koi and beautiful fully scaled mirror carp. The heaviest fish here weighs over 24 kilos. An ideal water for a father and son, 3 to 4 friends or with a family. There is plenty to do near Troyes for a day trip and because Etang L’anodonte is so close, this water is also ideal for a weekend or midweek trip. The water is approximately 1 hectare in size with depths of over 2.5 to 3 meters.

Arrival is at 11:00 and departure is before 1:00 PM.
Accommodation
The accommodation has basic amenities. There is a shower and toilet available. There is also a light switch where you can connect a 12-volt battery to have lighting in the accommodation. There is no additional furniture in the accommodation. It serves purely as shelter. The area is fully fenced, providing you with plenty of privacy and making it convenient when bringing pets.
You must fish either barbless or with hooks with microbarb in size 2 to 6. You must fish with nylon. Minimum 30/100 and maximum 38/100. Combined with fish-safe systems. Boat and bait boat are allowed. However, wearing a life jacket is mandatory when you go on the water with the boat. Particles are allowed provided they are well cooked. This will be checked and may be refused if in doubt. Carp care is mandatory. And of course, photos of caught fish must be taken above a proper unhooking mat.
Keepnets are prohibited. Braided mainline is also required. Visitors must park outside the grounds in the designated parking area. Predator fishing and swimming are prohibited. No ground fires or campfires allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the chalets. The grounds may not be left between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, except for emergencies. For your safety and lake security, several cameras have been installed.

2. General rules
On all waters that Angling Escapes mediates, you are required to bring First Aid and treat the carp with it.
Neither the manager, the owner, nor Angling Escapes is liable for loss and/or theft of goods or accidents and/or personal injury. Both the manager/owners of the water and Angling Escapes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.
Important, ensure that you have taken out travel and cancellation insurance.
If the above rules are not respected, the owner may at any time force you to leave the premises without any refund of the travel sum.
