The Grounds
The grounds can essentially be divided into two parts. Of which the gîte and Mark and Yvonne’s house form a separate, enclosed area. Beyond that is the large backyard spanning several hectares. When you walk through the backyard gate, you’ll see the expansive view of a rolling French landscape, the lake, the mobile home in the distance, and amidst all this, a beautiful swimming pool, which is separately fenced. The gîte is approximately 100 meters from the lake. And the mobile home is 50 meters from the lake.

The Accommodations
The gîte has 1 bedroom with a luxurious double bed on the first floor. Downstairs you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom with toilet and shower. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the gîte additionally. This option is available for 2 non-anglers, by arrangement.

The mobile home is rented in combination with the lake. You will have the entire lake for a maximum of 2 anglers, and this includes the tidy mobile home for up to 4 people. A fitted kitchen, kitchen table, shower, toilet.
The mobile home is approximately 50 meters from the water. Night fishing must therefore be done from a bivvy along the water.
If you rent both the lake and the gîte, you automatically get access to the swimming pool.
If you only rent the mobile home and the lake, the swimming pool can be rented optionally.

The lake
The lake itself is slightly larger than 1 hectare and has depths of up to 4 meters. The bottom varies from soft to clay or gravel. It is therefore worthwhile to spend extra time positioning your rods here. Several swims have been created where you can set up your bivvy. Fishing from the dam is prohibited. The shallower parts of the lake have lily pads. Furthermore, there are no other obstacles to contend with. The use of a bait boat is permitted, but unfortunately, a rowing boat is not.

The fish stock
This secluded and undisturbed lake varies in depth from 1 meter in the shallow water to 4 meters at its deepest point. The water quality is excellent, contributing to healthy fish and promoting good growth. You will also find a number of smaller carp being grown for the future, ranging from 10 pounds to 20 pounds. With the help and advice of Jean-Noel Retailleau (the experienced owner of the company), a winter feeding program has been implemented, and future stockings are planned to increase the number of larger fish. The fish stock is considerable. There are over 100 carp, with the heaviest weighing just over 23 kilograms. This is truly a water where you can relax and catch your fish.
