The Lakes
Pegasus Lakes consists of two stunning lakes specifically designed for carp fishing. Lake 1 is 12 hectares with approximately 1,400 carp, and Lake 2 is 13 hectares with approximately 2,000 carp. Both lakes, created in 2007, offer everything a fisherman needs. Pete Burke, the English owner, has invested a lot of time and energy in creating two fantastic carp waters. The lakes are free from unwanted species such as catfish, crayfish, or Poisson-chat, ensuring an optimal carp fishing experience.

Pegasus Lake 2
Is a 13-hectare carp lake with spacious swims and perfect facilities

This beautiful 13-hectare carp lake is ideal for an unforgettable fishing holiday. The water features a varied bottom structure with gravel, hard plates, and silt layers. With an average depth of 2.5 to 3 meters, the lake offers excellent conditions for carp fishing, especially in the warmer months.

The lake has sixteen spacious single swims, strategically distributed around the water. A maximum of 16 anglers can stay here in total. You can park your car directly behind your swim or use the central parking lot – ideal for comfort and convenience. This is an excellent location for visitors with a small camper, although caravans are unfortunately not allowed.

Because this is a typical gravel excavation, boat fishing is strongly recommended. Due to the clear water and the presence of aquatic plants in the summer, the depths and conditions can vary greatly. Using a bait boat or rowboat significantly increases your chances of a successful catch.

The fish stock
The fish stock of Pegasus Lake 2 is impressive. In the winter of 2022, approximately 250 carp were released, with weights ranging from 8 to 13.6 kg (18–30 lb+). The total stock is estimated at 1,200 to 1,300 carp. Thanks to an extensive feeding program, the carp are in excellent condition and growing well. There are no reports of unwanted species such as catfish, crayfish, or Poisson-chat, ensuring an optimal carp fishing experience.

Facilities
Both lakes are equipped with modern facilities, including a lodge with showers, toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Electricity is available everywhere
