Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where a single boilie doesn’t work, pop-ups or snowman rigs are sensitive, or you just want to make the boilie float because there’s too much debris on the bottom, causing your boilie to go unnoticed or sink into the mud.

The essentials for making a boilie burger pop-up
There are different ways to make a boilie burger. What I usually have with me is foam. This is available in various colors and you can cut it into any size and shape. This foam is non-soluble and is often used as packaging material.
What to Do?
Cut or slice the boilie in half, size the foam, and place it between the boilie halves. Mount it on the hair with a boilie needle as you always do.

An Additional Tip
To keep the boilie halves and foam together, it’s handy to attach a stopper on your hair and then press it against the bottom boilie half.
The Boilie Burger
This way, you ensure a different bait presentation, giving the carp an extra incentive to bite faster!
Good luck!
