Make your Own Boilie Stoppers

There are many different types of boilie stoppers available on the market. They come in various colors, sizes, and materials, such as silicone or hard plastic. Additionally, there are different models and shapes, for example, in the form of artificial corn. But did you know that you can also make them yourself? In this article, I explain how to make your own boilie stoppers.

How to Make your Own Boilie Stops and What to Use?

All you need is a broom, for example a hard plastic broom, available in different colors at stores like Action.

With wire cutters, you can cut them into different lengths, and then use needle-nose pliers to give them the desired shape.

With pliers you can bend and cut the pieces to size, so you have the perfect set of boilie stops for every hair rig length.

I always have a bunch of hard plastic broom bristles in my tackle box, so you’ll never run out.

Good luck making your own boilie stops!
