Rules

You should report to the manager at the times listed below.
If you are unable to attend, please contact the manager by phone.
Arrival: 11:00 AM
Departure: 1:00 PM

Bait boats and rubber boats are allowed. Electric motors are not permitted. Always wear a life jacket.
Buoys and markers/H-markers are prohibited.
The use of fixed lead systems is prohibited. Lead weights up to a maximum of 130 g/4 oz are allowed.
Particle baiting is allowed, prepared by a company in sealed packaging.
Minors are not allowed to fish without adult supervision.
We kindly request you to inform us of any special catches.
3 rods per angler. 1 non-angler per angler is allowed.
Caught fish must be released immediately, NO KILL. It is strictly forbidden to possess, consume, or transport fish. Violation will lead to immediate removal from the property and legal action will be taken.
No more than 5 KG of bait per day per rod is allowed.
Only one single hook per line is allowed per rod, therefore treble hooks or similar are strictly forbidden! The manager will make unannounced visits to check.
The use of an unhooking mat and weighing sling is mandatory, wet them before use!
Nylon mainline must be 0.35 mm or thicker (except for marker or spod rods).
The use of keepnets/retention sacks is prohibited.
Fishing is only allowed from your own designated spot.
Always stay within 10 meters of your rods.
It is not allowed to fish with more than 3 rods per person.
Persons causing damage are personally liable.
There's a toilet available 1 minute away from the locations.
Public urination or defecation is strictly forbidden, use a toilet. A camping toilet is necessary; you must bring this yourself.
Swimming is allowed as long as you don't disturb other anglers.
Pets are allowed after consultation.
If you have issues with overhanging branches, please discuss this with the manager.
Cars and bivvies must not block the road.
Upon arrival, you must report to the manager.
Clean up and take your own waste with you. It's forbidden to have loose waste on or around your fishing spot.

2. General Regulations

You cannot drive completely around the lake with your car.
Park your car in the designated parking area; in consultation, it may be parked at your spot. Please note that De Ganzenkuil is rough terrain. A gravel road has been constructed, however, you are responsible for any damage to your car.
We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM, so music and noise, etc. are prohibited during these hours and you may not leave the premises during these times.
Barbecues are allowed provided they are on legs. Open fires are prohibited.

On all waters that Angling Escapes mediates, you are required to bring First Aid and treat the carp with it.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the manager, owner and/or Angling Escapes will decide.

Neither the owner, the manager, nor Angling Escapes is liable for loss and/or theft of goods or accidents and/or personal injury. Both the manager/owners of the water and Angling Escapes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.

Important, make sure you have taken out travel and cancellation insurance.
If the above rules are not respected, the owner may force you to leave the premises at any time without any refund of the travel sum.
