Etang Chayenne

The Chalet
Right by the water stands a cozy chalet with 2 double beds (in the same space), a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, stereo, heater, and a wardrobe. The chalet has French doors, allowing you to walk straight outside.
There’s a motion-sensor light above the door, so you’ll have immediate light when you go outside for a run.

The Annex
Right next to the chalet is a spacious stone annex with a large covered terrace. If the sun is too warm, the canopy provides shade. If it’s raining, you can still sit outside comfortably and dry. There’s also a large outdoor table with chairs and a barbecue.

Inside the annex, you’ll find a well-maintained shower, separate toilet, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all conveniences. There’s an oven/gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, and a large refrigerator. Of course, the kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, and necessary cutlery. Both buildings have 220-volt electricity.

Fish stock
The stock is very diverse. There are common carp, mirror carp, leather carp, and even beautifully colored and patterned Koi carp. Etang Chayenne is home to several 25+ kilo giants and a number over 30 kilos. There are also some sturgeon. You can expect bream as bycatch.

The Surroundings
Due to the layout of Etang Chayenne, you’ll have complete privacy here. It’s a fantastic venue that you have all to yourself. It’s only available to rent as a whole for an excellent weekly price. Just 5 kilometers from Etang Chayenne is a charming French village with a supermarket, tobacco shop, and gas station. The large French city of Troyes is 25 kilometers away. Here you’ll also find the ‘Mac Arthur Glen’ outlet store, which is certainly worth a visit.
