Accommodation
Carpvalley has two accommodations and a bivvy site, and you can decide where you sit, because you have the entire lake to yourself. Ideal for a meeting among friends or to have a nice fishing holiday together. Upon entering, the house has a veranda and at the back of the plot there is a basic shelter (3×3). Both accommodations are suitable for fishing with two anglers.
Because you have the entire lake to yourself, it is extra fun! You can use the house as a social. Or as a house with overnight accommodation. At the beginning of the lake is this idyllic cottage with a terras on the lake. An attractive appearance and is fully equipped. Here are sanitary facilities, a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooking facilities, there is also a freezer for your freezer baits and there is WIFI in the house. In the living room there is a double sofa bed that you can use. And there is a separate bedroom suitable for 1 family; triple bed (2+1) and a separate folding bed. The terras at this cottage is truly breathtaking and is right on the lake. Here you also have the option to sleep outside on the spacious U-shaped sofa. There are extra thick cushions on this so that you can also use it as a bed, this U-shaped sofa offers space as 2x single sleeping accommodation. For the colder periods you can also light the wood burner so that it is nice and warm.

Arrival and departure times
Arrival and departure times are from Saturday 12:00 am to Saturday 10:00 am.
Arrival and departure times in the winter period (November to March) weekend/midweek/week in consultation.

The swims
Because you have the lake to yourself, you can enjoy it to the fullest. You can fish from the house and two double swims that have been created on Carpvalley. These swims are spacious and as a fishermen you have no “burden” from each other because there is a headland between the two swims. The (European)plugs have power for charging your batteries, phone or laptop. At swim 2 you will need a bivvy. A cabin has been placed at swim 3 so you don’t need a bivvy. The cabin is equipped with electricity, table with chairs and a and 2 single beds. Fishing and/or entering the islands, headland or other side is not allowed.

The fish stock
Carpvalley now has a decent stock of 150-170 carp. There are richly scaled Valkenswaard mirrors, young Czech and high checkered noble commons, French and German tanks of mirrors and commons. The stock ranges from 5-25 kg. Carpvalley also houses 2 sturgeons around 25 kilos.

Growth is fast and some carp have grown from 5kg to 40 pounders in three years. The build-up in the fish stock is excellent and balanced. Many carp are now shooting through to their high thirties and forties. Carpvalley now has a handful of fish in their forties, all with their own name, such as; “The fast grower” aka “Gabbertje”, “Mandy” and “The canon”. Each new fish in this category is assigned a name of the catcher’s choice.

In the milder periods in winter, the carp are fed additionally to keep the carp in top condition. The bait is also for sale on site. The values ​​of the water are measured on a regular basis and we keep a close eye on the health of the carp. Maintenance in stocking fish is made annually.

Fishing equipment
Ad Brak and his team are always ready to help you. So your fishing holiday will be perfect. On location is possible to arrange fishing equipment. Landing nets, slings and an unhooking mat are available on location. It is also possible to rent a dinghy with an electric motor and to buy bait, with which the fish are regularly fed by Ad.
