Rules

Time of arrival: 13:00 strictly
Time of departure: 10:00

Night fishing is allowed.
Maximum of three rods per angler.
Only bivvy's are allowed on the water, in green or camouflage colours.
Fish sacks are prohibited.
Use of carp care on the hook wound is mandatory.
Braided main lines are prohibited.
Use of leadcore is prohibited.
Predatory fishing is prohibited.
Barbless hooks only.
Tigernuts are allowed in small amounts.
No bent-hook rigs or twigs
Fixed lead systems are prohibited. Use safe rigs. Ensure the lead assembly can slide free of any knot (e.g. when using a shock leader).
Rowing boats are mandatory at every swim, it is also mandatory to wear a life jacket at all times on the boat. There are life jackets on site for the rental boats, you must bring your own if you want to use your own boat.
Bait boats are allowed.
Always keep water available to moisten the fish on the unhooking mat.
Always rinse your unhooking mat after use to avoid cross-contamination with possible parasites.
No unattended rods.
No loud radios.
Keep your swim tidy and place your rubbish in the designated bins.
Swimming is not allowed.
Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians
Marking or mutilating the fish is strictly prohibited. Violations of this will result in prosecution.
The use of particles is allowed on Etang des Châteliers, however the use of peanuts is prohibited.

Please contact us if you want to bring a dog, due to French law we have to investigate each case individually. Dogs must be kept on a lead during your stay.
Open fire is prohibited, a BBQ is allowed and is ready for you at every site.

On all waters that Angling Escapes mediates you are obliged to bring First Aid/Carp Care and treat the carp with it.
Neither the manager, the owner nor Angling Escapes are liable for loss and/or theft of goods or for accidents and/or physical injury. Neither the manager/owners of the water nor the Angling Escapes can be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.
Important, make sure you have a travel and cancellation insurance.
If the above rules are not respected, the owner may force you to leave the site at any time without any refund of the travel price.
