Regels

De rivier de Lot is een openbaar viswater. Een vergunning is daarom verplicht. Deze is bijvoorbeeld te koop bij de ‘Bar et tabac’, Gamm Vert en hengelsportzaken zoals Quercy Pêche in Cahors. Ook is een vergunning online te bestellen. Indien u in het bezit bent van de juiste vergunning mag er met vier hengels per persoon gevist worden. Om scherp te blijven vissen raden we echter vier a maximaal vijf hengels per boot aan.

Vergunning online bestellen

U kunt via www.cartedepeche.fr een vergunning aanschaffen en deze uitprinten. De website is beschikbaar in het Engels. U moet eerst een account aanmaken en een foto uploaden. Vervolgens kiest u wat voor vergunning u wilt. Een vakantievergunning is zeven dagen geldig en kost € 32. Kies bij ‘assocation’ Prayssac. De rest wijst zich vanzelf. Komt u er niet uit neem dan gerust contact op.

Varen overdag

Het is enkel toegestaan bij daglicht te varen op de Lot. Varen in het donker is gevaarlijk en u riskeert een (fikse) boete. Met het bijbootje mag uw ’s nachts wel het water op om te drillen en uit te varen.

Afmeren

U mag overnachten op de boot indien u de boot aan de oever afmeert. Zorg ervoor dat u geen andere boten hindert.

Nachtvissen

Nachtvissen is toegestaan op de Lot (uitgezonderd enkele stukken zoals Pradines - Douelle). Let hierbij wel op dat het gebruik van een boot (zoals op veel andere wateren) ’s nachts verboden is. De boot moet daarom aan de over bevestigd zijn, anders wordt het gezien als varen. Als u de boot aan de oever vast maakt mag u wel nachtvissen.

Breeklijnen/lijnclips

Het spannen van vislijnen boven het wateroppervlak is tijdens daglicht niet toegestaan. ’s Nachts wel.

Gebruik van bewaarzak

Het gebruiken van een bewaarzak is niet toegestaan. Gevangen vissen dienen direct teruggezet te worden.

De Lot is populair bij vissers. Houdt u alstublieft rekening met elkaar zodat iedereen onze fantastische hobby met plezier kan blijven uitoefenen.

The river Lot is a public fishing water. A permit is therefore mandatory. This is for example for sale at the "Bar et tabac", Gamm Vert and fishing tackle shops such as Quercy Pêche in Cahors. A permit can also be ordered online. If you are in possession of the correct license, you may fish with four rods per person. However, to keep your fishing sharp we recommend four to a maximum of five rods per boat.
You can purchase a permit via www.cartedepeche.fr and print it out. The website is available in English. You must first create an account and upload a photo. Then you choose what kind of permit you want. A holiday permit is valid for seven days and costs € 32. Select Prayssac at "association". The rest is self-explanatory. If you cannot find an answer, please contact us.
Move during the day. It is only allowed to move in daylight on the Lot. Moving the boat in the dark is dangerous and you risk a (hefty) fine. With the dinghy you can go out on the river at night to play the fish and to change your lines.
You may spend the night on the boat if you moor the boat on the shore. Make sure not to interfere with other boats.
Night fishing is allowed on the Lot (with the exception of some areas such as Pradines - Douelle). Please note that the use of a boat (as on many other waters) is prohibited at night. The boat must therefore be attached to shore, otherwise it is seen as sailing. If you moor the boat on the shore, you are allowed to fish at night.
Break lines / line clips Tensioning fishing lines above the water surface is not permitted during daylight. At night, yes.
Using a storage bag is not allowed. Caught fish must be released immediately.
The river Lot is popular with anglers. Please take each other into account so that everyone can continue to enjoy our fantastic hobby. We ask you to respect and comply with the rules. Lot of Carp is not liable for any violation of the rules.

On all lakes that Angling Escapes mediates you are obliged to bring First Aid / Carp Care and to treat the carp with it.
Neither the manager, the owner nor Angling Escapes is liable for loss and / or theft of goods or accidents and / or physical injury. Both the manager / owners of the lake and the Angling Escapes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.
Important, make sure you have a travel and cancellation insurance policy.
If the above rules are not respected, the owner may force you to leave the site at any time without any refunde of the travel sum.
