Rules

If you are delayed, please contact the owner by telephone.
Week is from Friday 14:00 to Friday 11:00 (7 nights)
Midweek is from Monday 14:00 to Friday 11:00 (4 nights)
Weekend is from Friday 14:00 PM to Monday 11:00 (3 nights)

You must pay €150 security deposit, on location. After your stay it will be refunded when everything is left correctly

There is a landing net, cradle and retainer sling at each swim, use these as intended.
Wet the landing net and unhooking mat before using it.
The use of a retainer sling is for a maximum of 15 minutes, during which time a photo can be made, after which the fish must be released immediately. A retainer sling is not intended to hold the fish for long periods of time.
3 rods per angler are allowed. With a maximum of 6 rods.
Fishing is only allowed from the swims.
Casting weight should come loose from the main line quite easily in case of line breakage, this is checked regularly. No fixed lead system, only free running systems are allowed.
Hooks; The use of twisted benthooks is prohibited. Barbless hooks are required
Fishing rods may not be left unmanned when the lines are in the water (not even when showering or using the toilet).
Nylon Mainline must be a minimum of 30/100 and a maximum of 40/100. The last 30 cm must be fitted with tubing.
Markers and H-markers are prohibited.
Bait boats may be used.
No peanuts or tree nuts or tiger nuts. Feeding well-cooked hemp is permitted.
No more than 5 kg may be fed per day.

Violation of the above rules may mean immediate departure. This can be decided unilaterally by the owner. Stick to the rules so that everyone has a fantastic week.

2. General regulations

Barbecue on legs may be used. (waste must be placed in garbage bags.)
It is forbidden to prepare bait in the accommodation.
Carp Care (wound disinfection) is mandatory and only this brand is allowed. You can buy these on location.
Fish caught remain the property of the reserved location and must be treated with the utmost care. NO KILL.
Damaging trees and plants is strictly prohibited.
Swimming is prohibited.
Minors are not allowed to fish without adult supervision.
We observe silence in the evening after 22:00 and in the morning until 8:00 AM, so music and noise, etc. are prohibited during the hours stated above.
It is prohibited to take mattresses from the accommodation and use them outside.
Smoking in the accommodation is not permitted. This also applies to burning candles in the accommodation.
The manager will check the site and/or accommodation for cleanliness and inventory together with you.

On all lakes that Angling Escapes mediates, you are obliged to take First Aid/Carp Care with you and treat the carp with it.

The manager, the owner nor Angling Escapes are not liable for loss and/or theft of goods or accidents and/or personal injury. Both the water manager/owners and Angling Escapes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your belongings.

Important, make sure you have taken out travel and cancellation insurance.

If the above rules are not respected, the owner may force you to leave the site at any time without any refund of the travel price.

3. Sightseeing and active recreation

Speelbos Herperduin

On the edge of the nature reserve, between Herperduin park and De Bosrand park, you will find the Playbos Herperduin - Da's Leuk. In the middle of a large area of forest, there is a gigantic playground equipment in the shape of a badger. Young visitors can access the courtyard in a playful way via four different gates. Climb through it, clamber over it or crawl under it... you'll get there eventually!
